RV Park Rules

 

CAMPGROUND RULES:

  • Recreational campers only.
  • You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.  All campsites must be occupied by at least one adults age 25 or older.
  • Permit older is responsible for all individuals on site.  All children must have adult supervision.
  • The permit holder is liable for any damages to the RV Park or campsite.
  • Beyond the Trail RV Park reserves the right to evict anyone without refund, for violating the rules, destroying or defacing property, creating a disturbance, or non-payment.
  • Any vehicle or RV occupying a site unauthorized or ordered to be removed from a site must vacate the site immediately upon notification from Beyond the Trail RV Park.
  • If a vehicle or RV must be towed to remove it from a site, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the vehicle or RV owner.  Beyond the Trail RV Park is not responsible for any damage caused by having to remove that vehicle or RV.

RV SITE INFORMATION:

  • Up to four persons included in fee  
  • Maximum occupancy is eight individuals per site. Each additional person over four is $5 more per night regardless of age.
  • Parking for one recreational vehicle plus optional tent. 
  • One additional vehicle allowed which must be parked in the designated parking areas.
  • Fee includes parking for recreational vehicle plus one addtional vehicle.

PRIMITIVE CAMPSITE INFORMATION:

  • The primitive campsite fee includes up to four persons and two sleeping units.
  • No wheeled sleeping unit allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy of a standard primitive campsite is four individuals.

PARK RULES:

  • Help protect the beauty of trees, trails, and wildlife by not damaging the property.  No cutting, carving or driving nails into trees and no digging or picking up plants.
  • Hunting is not allowed. Use of firearms is prohibited.
  • Please dispose of trash in proper receptacles.
  • Use of fireworks is prohibited.
  • Use of drones is prohibited in our campground.
  • All buildings are smoke free.
  • Pedestrians and bicyclists all share the trails.  Be courteous and respectful.  Bicyclist should sound an audible warning (verbal or mechanical) when passing pedestrians from behind.
  • Motorized vehicles are prohibited on trails.
  • Pets must be on a leash and owners are responsible for immediate clean-up of pet waste.
  • Park in designated parking spaces only.  Parking on grass is prohibited.
  • No person shall leave any personal items unattended in RV Park for more than 24 hours.  In the event of an evacuation, RV Park personnel will not remove customer’s personal items from the Park regardless of whether the items belong to a paying customer or a non-paying Park user.  No person with items in Beyond the Trail RV Park shall travel away from the Park further than 24 hours travel time so they are able to retrieve their personal items in the event of an evacuation.
